Scenes and Themes in Interest
1. Tom regrets that he left the family behind based on the reason that he misses Laura; also consider Tom as an unreliable narrator: did he really treat Laura the way he recalls? If so, why did he left Laura without thinking of her? Scenes: one of the first or the ending monologue; one of the scenes that Tom cares about Laura, or the drunk scene that Tom came back; the scene that Tom leaves.

Scene 4
For Tom: because he is drunk, he can act and speack less conciously. Also sort of laughing when he speaks. Also speaks kindly to Laura: soft voices, smiling...

Prologue
For Tom: guilty eyes, depressed, exhausted, but don't move the hand that is holding the cigarette, move the other hand. Short pauses can be presented between the sentences.

Scene 7
For Tom:
When Jim left and Amada was teasing him, Tom should pause and feel guilty and surprise. Goes to Laura and tries to comfort her by movements. Maybe touches the furniture when he delivers monologues? To show how much he misses the family and how guilty he is and how he is living in his illusion now, too. Many pauses and worried eyes. Later when he sees Laura, he is surprised and feeling guilty. A feeling that he wants to go back and thinking and dreaming about going back everyday, but he has also no courage to go back to witness the fall or the coldness and the cooled down memory. He is afriad that the best part with his family has already passed.
I didn't save it so I took screen shot on other parts.
1. Tom scene 7: how he left the family (in memory is guilty but maybe in realistic he was just angry, didn't think Laura that much at the moment )
2. Tom scene 4: almost the best memory Tom holds on Laura
3. Tom and Jim in FE: doesn't actually know his future.
